16.6最新补丁以及17.2都支持PADS原理图导入了。

这个貌似转不了，也没听说有专用的转换软件。

有些公司会设计多种对应不同的软件平台的，对应不同的客户。转来转去怕出问题，花的时间还不如重抄一遍
