我的MOSFET 和 DIODE 没有设置什么 不知道是不是因为这个 不知道如何设置

先用 ORCAD 裡面的 DRC 檢查一下, 你的接線(連線)是不是真的 floating(或是有斷開的地方). 解決之後再做仿真.
