Is it possible to download the updated Linux versions? Do they have the same features as the Windows versions?

I see they use MinWin (an emulation of Windows API, similar to winelib, but very expensive), not sure if that's going to be better than using Wine (is it?).' j. ~0 Q( t9 ~! [- u/ g
