SUMMARY
Member of the applications engineering team providing applications engineering in Shenzhen supporting the Timing Business Unit’s Asian customers

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•        Provides technical assistance to customers (e.g., assisting a customer in designing and programming parts)
•        Designs and debugs demonstration and evaluation boards
•        Designs interface examples of how our products connect in various systems
•        Actively works with customers on design activities
•        Participates in design validation
•        Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
•        Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Has internal and some external contacts
•        Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments
•        Other duties as required
•        Travels if necessary to support Tier 1 customers and reference design partners.
•        Other duties as required
