我用的是PADS2005，对底层铺地正常，对顶层铺地 的时候就出现这样的错误。。是什么原因引起的？哪位高手指点下下啊。。

中间层有GND层吗，如果有，顶层底层有铺不上的情况也无所谓～由于走线阻挡之类的原因，会有铺不上的情况。。。
