Adding a Command to the Tools Menu
$ s/ `! {) @, i' FAdd a command to the Tools menu as a shortcut for running the command.

1. Select Tools > Customize to display the Customize Tools Menu dialog box.. O, W5 |& c3 N- I) G
2. If you want the command available to all users who log on to your PC, select the" h2 Y, X8 S) K+ g- i4 H
Common option from the Menu Item Types section.) v, p/ h. |( x" O% l
3. Enter the name that you want to appear as the new menu command in the Menu Text
8 p' @5 L2 Y+ I3 P* u, hfield.
$ Z2 G& k: g& g. v9 V0 h/ t4. You can specify a letter in the menu title as a menu accelerator by entering the title with
0 n! v% L4 L$ P8 H) C" i* San ampersand (&) immediately preceding the accelerator letter. If you do not specify an
2 C' l+ E% I8 r; |1 R+ Taccelerator, the first unique letter in the title is the accelerator by default.; O. O0 {) F: C* {
5. Enter the command that invokes the new application in the Command field.* K2 ^2 |# s, @: Y
Click the Browse button to select the appropriate drive and directory, and then select the+ `& y* k' p! u# S# d
executable you want to add from the list of file names.
: N1 W9 j* t/ Z7 [6 E6. Enter the arguments associated with the command in the Arguments field.

7. Enter the working directory for the tool in the Initial directory field.& u- j* o6 e/ I2 C, [3 [. f
8. Click the Add button to add the menu item to the Tools menu.
