A bidirectional device can be created by combining two unidirectional diodes. The electrical characteristics of a common cathode and common anode device are typically equivalent. The clamping voltage (VC) of the composite bidirectional device is equal to the breakdown voltage (VBR) of the diode that is reversed biased, plus the diode drop of the second diode that is forwarded biased. 文檔下班再給！$ Q; S. 超級狗 发表于 2017-8-1 21:39 单个的双向TVS管是不区分方向的，但是双向TVS管阵列有时候是区分方向的，不同的管脚方向，VBE,VC都是不一样的，如我的图示就能看出来 |
