PowerPCB导入asc文件的问题

件：OrCAD 9，PowerPCB 5.使用PowerPCB导入asc文件时，弹出对话框显示：

PCB中警告提到的3个网络均以其他颜色显示。请问这个警告什么意思？
ascii.err内容为：

请问这个警告如何消除呢？

1，可以忽略.
2，将asc的前面两行改为：
!PADS-POWERPCB-V3.0-MILS! DESIGN DATABASE ASCII FILE 2.0
