常温下没问题吧?   若是温度高引起的就查可能影响地方,  不过根据你上次发问题来看DDR布局阻抗等影响系统稳定性更大,一般IC 40多℃就扛不住几乎很少。

DDR3的那个已经没问题了,我们在市场买的DDR3芯片有问题,换成供应商提供的原厂的DDR3后,做压力测试能跑528MHz。布局阻抗控制之类的应该没问题,阻抗我们都在PCB工艺里面要求制作了。

降温可以解决此问题

问题解决了,去掉一些电容可以解决这个问题
