将水平放置元件的丝印全部调整成从左到右的方向，垂直放置元件的丝印全部调整成从上到下的方向（将pcb逆时针旋转90°后是从左到右）。作用就是保持整个板子上的丝印方向一致便于贴装元件。

pcb自动镜像对subdrawing导入之后的调整有用，可将subdrawing整体做镜像（元件，cline，via，静态shape），这样方便top到bottom元件布局的调整。
