cadence 16.5中bga扇出错误

各位大神大家好，为什么我在pcb中执行 fanout by pick的时候会出现这个错误？然后点确定就自动退出软件了。谢谢

用creat fanout.

用create fanout没有这个错误  只是会出现DRC错误

这个不好说，可能是软件BUG，也可能是数据库错误
