1. Design all interconnects as controlled impedance and terminate when necessary

4. Do not allow signals to cross gaps in return planes

7. Use loosely coupled differential pairs, with symmetrical lines/ g0 j7 u C+ ?7 W
8. Use multiple power and ground planes on adjacent layers with thin dielectric between them5 M T0 L& F! p; G- Q7 P( z
9. Use shortest surface traces possible for decoupling capacitors
( `4 @, r% I. s) J! I# A10. Use enough total capacitance for low frequency and enough capacitors for low inductance at high frequency. Use SPICE to optimize capacitor values to avoid parallel resonances.
