Package to Place Keepin Spacing ：零件放在规定区域外面了；
Package to Package Spacing ：零件有重叠。
打开 Package Geometry/Place_Bound_Top ，Package Geometry/Place_Bound_Bottom ， Package Keepin/All 这些层，移动零件不要让他们有重叠。
