Adding a Command to the Tools Menu, n( _1 W$ }% V4 w
Add a command to the Tools menu as a shortcut for running the command.( B/ G# v% J, W4 j4 w* ^
Procedure
. _: _$ y$ `1 S8 b1. Select Tools > Customize to display the Customize Tools Menu dialog box.
0 n8 Q: y! _" q% H2. If you want the command available to all users who log on to your PC, select the- a, v) Q7 |: x
Common option from the Menu Item Types section.; F D" u C1 n6 ~1 H: m( }
3. Enter the name that you want to appear as the new menu command in the Menu Text

4. You can specify a letter in the menu title as a menu accelerator by entering the title with* j3 r; j4 t$ X
an ampersand (&) immediately preceding the accelerator letter. If you do not specify an" r3 ?6 f& T& M2 N2 y# D
accelerator, the first unique letter in the title is the accelerator by default.
" C- u/ s& x8 c* ?" O A4 H5. Enter the command that invokes the new application in the Command field.9 P: g+ t- [7 A
Click the Browse button to select the appropriate drive and directory, and then select the
9 ?5 b2 e3 }* K# ~. F& H1 kexecutable you want to add from the list of file names.. N2 j5 [! L3 C* H; m2 |- j
6. Enter the arguments associated with the command in the Arguments field.0 r1 h* Q, @0 o6 r0 M* U
For information on valid arguments, refer to “DxDesigner Arguments” on page 29.

8. Click the Add button to add the menu item to the Tools menu.
